Depending on complexity of the project, the design stage can take anything from 2 to 4 months. My quickest project that involved garden design in Brentford, took 3 months from the first meeting to completion of work. My longest garden design in Acton, took 3 years as it was first designed and them delivered in three stages.

Can you give us budget guidance?
Yes, I can indicate the estimated cost of various options in the garden. As it is with house building, it all depends on amount of work involved in construction and quality of finishes. As a guide, you need to expect to allow between £40 and £150 per square meter for hard landscaping (patios, paths, structures) and between £30 and £100 per m2 of planting. I will be able to be more specific after I know your design brief better.
